Registration Agreement:
Please read the following terms and check the box below to agree (Bespoke Education, Inc. is referred to as "The Company"):
  • The Company may need to change dates or times of any of the sessions, or cancel sessions altogether, depending upon enrollment numbers or other factors. You will be notified of changes to any session at least two weeks prior to the first class.
  • The Company is not responsible for monitoring student drop-off or pick-up from the program or any decision by students to leave the premises.
  • Registration and payment must be received no later than 7/25/22. Course fees are non-refundable after 8/8/22.
  • There will be no refunds for any class sessions missed due to student absence.
  • The Company requires all employees who are conducting in-person instruction to be vaccinated. If you or your child receives in-person instruction (as opposed to virtual/remote) or takes in-person mock tests at one of our offices, you agree that you are willing to accept the attendant risk, even with vaccinated personnel, that you or your child may be exposed to or contract COVID-19.
